Garlic Bread to go with tri tip for sandwhiches
- Mince garlic, grate cheese, melt butter, add garlic, cheese, sour cream.
- Blend over medium heat. Pour over split loaves.
- Wrap in foil and put in oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Take out and layer meat in about 2-3 layers.
- Rewrap in foil and let sit for 20 minutes
Cut into sandwhich size and wrap in foil.
