In a tall cup mix yeast, water, sugar, until water reacts to yeast.
Pour over flour/salt in a large bowl mix well let rise 10 minutes.
Spread onto greased cookie sheet.
Spread topping over and let rise until double in size (about 40 minutes).
Bake 15-20 minutes at 350.
