Add mushrooms sliced into 1/4" slices. Stir occasionally until browned, 4 to 6 min.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add minced garlic and cook until aromatic, 1 minute
Remove from burner.
Add butter and minced parsley.
Good with pork chops but also with other meats.
