Mix the marinade in a bowl and add the beef. Marinade for 15, 20 minutes.
Drain the beef and reserve the marinade.
Heat a Heavy a cast iron pan over high heat. Add the olive oil and brown the beef. Dont crowd it.
Add the butter and garlic and cook to coat.
Remove to a plate.
In the same pan add the rest of the ingredients and the marinade.
Reduce the heat and simmer until liquid is reduced.
Add the spiralized zuchinni and cook for about 2 minutes.
Move to the side and add the steak to heat thru.
