Suggest a better descriptionGrind, pound and blend all the ingredients except the oil with a little sprinkling of water. Mix, add oil, chill and serve. In practice, because of someone who is allergic to coriander and to green peppers, we cut out the green chillies and use parsley instead of coriander. It turns brownish. Thats perfectly ok.
