Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 500 degrees. Place peeled shrimp in a baking dish
Add oil and garlic to a food processor and pulse until garlic is chopped, add shallot and red pepper flakes and pulse again until mixed.
Coat shrimp with mixture, add stock and combine
Sprinkle with salt an pepper to taste
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until shrimp are done
Serve with sauce from dish
