This is a flavorful and somewhat spicy guacamole. Very tasty on burgers, nachos or just plain tortillas.
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and scoop out the pulp into a bowl. Add the garlic, onion, jalapeño and mash together. If you want a smoother guacamole, blend in a food processor.
Mix in the lemon and lime juice, salt, olive oil and cilantro.
Cover and let it sit in the fridge for 1 hour.
Serve in a bowl or hollowed avocado halves.
