spread potato mixture into a greased shallow casserole dish Top with a little melted butter At this point casserole can be covered tightly and frozen To bake place casserole uncovered in oven and bake 45 minutes at 350 Let stand lightly covered with foil for 10 minutes If cooking from the freezer add 10-15 minuters to the baking time
