Suggest a better descriptionPreheat Oven to 400 degrees F. Place mushrooms, onion, garlic and rosemary on baking sheet. Drizzle with oil; season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper; toss to coat and spread out in a single layer. Roast, stirring occasionally, about 25 minutes; squeeze the garlic cloves from their skins. Transfer vegetables to a pot and add broth and potato; bring to a boil. reduce heat to medium and simmer about 15 minutes; discard rosemary. Working in batches, transfer soup to blender and puree; return to pot; reheat. Top with toasted hazelnuts
