In a large bowl, mix together the beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, salt and black pepper
Combine the mixture well then refreigerate for 22 to 4 hours to allow garlic flavor to infuse the meat
Form burgers into 4 1/2 inch thick patties
Grill or shallow fry for 6 minutes each side
Make 4 small Garlic and Onion burgers
