Suggest a better descriptionDice onion into very small pieces. Cook onion, and garlic with butter in saucepan. Add red curry paste and flour, once stirred through add coconut cream and stir/whisk to thicken. Add fennel. Remove from heat and add prawns. Line pie maker with short crust pastry on the base, fill with mixture and add the puff pastry top, cook for 6 minutes and serve.
Add red curry paste as desired. More flour than what is listed above may be required to thicken mixture.
