Preheat oven to 400 and line a cookie sheet with foil & spray with non stick.
Remove outer layer of cabbage and cut into 1" slices, arrange on cookie sheet
Combine other ingredients in small bowl and use a pastry brush to coat both sides of each cabbage. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on each slice.
Roast on middle rack of oven for 30 min turn over the slices and roast for another 30 min.
