Suggest a better descriptionMAKES 12 TOASTS LACTO A French baguette makes small attractive slices, but any good bread will work as well. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat bread slices on both sides with cooking spray and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Bake until golden brown and crisp, about 20 minutes. Serve warm with Lemon-Tarragon Vegetable Salad. PER TOAST: 73 CAL.; 3G PROT.; 1G TOTAL FAT (0 SAT. FAT); 13G CARB.; 1MG CHOL.; 168MG SOD.; 1G FIBER.
