Suggest a better descriptionSpread parmesan cheese in shallow dish. Beat eggs with 1 T vegetable oil in another shallow dish. Spread bread crumbs in third shallow dish. Pat pork chops till dry. Mix all spices and sprinkle over pork chops, pressing seasonings into chops on both sides. Dredge in parmesan cheese, coating both sides. Using tongs, gently dip both sides of chops in butter, then in bread crumbs. Place breaded chops into greased baking dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
This can be used for chicken also.
