Prechauffez votre four à 180°.Battez les oeufs avec le sucre, la cannelle, le jus et le zete rapé de l'orange.Ajoutez les amandes et les carottes.Incorporez la farine et une picée de sel.
Versez la pate dans un moule (rectangulaire de preference) beurré et fariné.Enfournez et laissez cuire 40 mn.
Mélangez le sucre et le jus de citron en une pate bien lisse et epaisse.Demoulez le gateau chaud , couvrez le d'une couche de sucre au citron, laissez durcir. Coupez en parts et servez à temperature ambiante.
Mes conseils:
Je diminuerai la poudre d'amande,je la sentais trop et je n'en suis pas tres "fan".
Les carottes sont à raper tres finement.
