Suggest a better descriptionIn the jar of an electric blender combine vegetable juice, green pepper, half the chopped cucumber, onion, garlic, Worchester, and salt. Blend. Stir in oil and vinegar. Dice cucumber, tomato, green onions. Pour soup into chilled bowls and garnish with diced vegetables. Add croutons. May also serve with lemon wedges if desired (or to keep it even simpler, you can leave out the diced vegetables and serve just the blended soup with croutons.
