This is a Hot & Spicy mustard that I created for hubby's sodium free diet. To make it mild reduce the amount of Garlic powder & Minced Onion.
Grind the Mustard, Mustard seed, Garlic powder and Minced onion in a blender til it's a fine powder.
Add to bowl
Add distilled vinegar
Stir together til smooth.
Its simple, easy and worry free BUT it is hot
