En un tazón mezcla yogurt natural, ralladura de limón, cardamomo y azúcar.
Hidrata la grenetina en el agua caliente y mézclala con el yogurt. Cuando este bien incorporada vacíala en un molde para gelatina y lleva al refrigerador hasta cuajar.
Para la salsa, mezcla en una olla el concentrado de maracuyá y calienta hasta que suelte el hervor, apaga el fuego y deja enfriar.
Desmolda la gelatina, baña con la salsa y decora con hojas de menta o hierbabuena.
