Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375. Butter a 9x13 and a 7x11 pan. Take the stems out of the mushrooms. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, bacon, chives, garlic, red onion, onion powder, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper. Mix well. Divide up mixture evenly among the mushrooms and fill. Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly golden.
Make sure the filling mixture is fluffy.
