This is my #1 dessert's recipe ! Even non-sweet eaters love this gourmet pie, even though it's a "free from" formula.
1- Mixing the egg white with a teaspoon of honey and the cup of coconut flour, cornstarch and almond powder. Putting the egg yellow on the side.
2- Oiling the pie tin with coconut oil.
3- Upholsting the bottom of the pie tin with the pastry.
4- Slicing 3 out of the 4 bananas and drop the slices off to entirely cover the pastry.
5- Squashing the fourth banana.
6- Melting in a bain-marie the chocolate.
7- Mix the yellow egg with squashed banana, melted chocolate and the second teaspoon of honey.
8- Pour this mixture over the slices of bananas.
Optionnal : 9- Add sesame seeds on the top.
10- Cook for 20 minutes in the oven @ 200ÂșC.
You can add coconut milk with melted chocolate to add the third party of the famous 'Chocolate-coco-banana".
Honey is not necessary for those who eat sugar-free. A replacement could be slices of a few dattes between bananas slices.
