Sauté onion in olive oil over medium heat
Once onions soft add sugar, salt, flour and pepper and cook for 1 minute
Add red wine vinegar and water and cook until boils and thickens a little
Slice potatoes and stir in vinegar mixture into potatoes
Top with cooked bacon cut into little pieces
Can stir bacon in if want
Serve hot
Can cook onions in bacon grease. Also can slice cooked potatoes
