Gradually add sifted flour to beaten eggs, beating with an electric mixer.
Stir in milk, butter, and salt.
Pour batter into 9" cast iron skillet.
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and lemon slices.
