A wonderful German-inspired side dish with potatoes, bacon, onion and italian dressing!
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove and crumble. Into 1 tbsp bacon drippings, add onion and cook until tender. Drain potatoes. Add potatoes, bacon and italian dressing. Toss lightly until evenly coated and heated through. Serves 8.
