2. In a large skillet brown kiebasa over medium-hight heat, stirring often. Add onion; cook 3 minutes, stirring often. Stir in apples; cook 2 minutes, stiring. Remove mixture from heat and set aside.
3. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour strring until smooth. Gradually add chicken broth and beer; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and
bubbly. Stir in mustard and next 3 ingredients.
4. In a greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish, layer half of cooked noodles. Spoon sausage mixture over
noodles; sprinkle 1 cup Swiss cheese over sausage mixture. Top with remaining noodles. Pour
sauce over noodles.
5. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Uncover and Sprihkle with remaining 1 cup Swiss Cheese. Combine bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons butter; Sprinkle over casserole. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts and bread crumbs are browned.
