1) Whisk dry ingredients together. Make a well and add the wet ingredients.
2) Stir with a big spoon until dough forms. If sticky, add more flour. Shape into a ball and put in prepared pan.
3) You MUST slice the top to allow steam (or fairies) to escape.
4) Bake for an hour to an hour and ten minutes at 350 degrees.
5) Baking times will vary with your oven and type of flour. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean.
