Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients except jam together in a medium bowl.
Spread out on a floured surface and roll out to 1/2 inch.
Cut out rectangles and transfer to a greased cookie sheet.
Spread 1 tablespoon of jam in the center.
Place the tops on the pop tarts. Use a fork to gently press around the edges and put a few holes on the top for venting.
Cook for 15-17 minutes.
