Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat and salt; divide in half. Pat 1/2 the meat into an ungreased 8" pie pan. Mix cream cheese, mustard, and horseradish; spread over meat in pan. Shape remaining meat into an 8" circle; place on top of cream cheese mixture. Pinch edges together to seal.
Bake 45 minutes for medium doneness. Remove meat to a large serving platter; place onions around meat. Top with chili sauce, if desired.
