Suggest a better description1 - put butter & oil into Dutch oven
2 - add chopped onions & chopped peppers & heat
3 - add ground beef w/ salt & pepper & brown the meat
4 - add 1 can of tomato soup
5 - add 1 lg can plum tomatoes
6 - add 6 oz. chili sauce
7 - add 1+ tablespoons chili powder
8 - let simmer abt. 1 hour
9 - add 1 can kidney beans & 2 cans black beans
10 - let simmer 15-30 minutes, then serve
