This is a dark gingerbread cookie recipe that can be drop cookies with raisins and a pecan on top. This recipe can be rolled out as cut out cookies or made as drop cookies.

Combine wet ingredients and stir in flour and raisins. Drop heaping teaspoons and place a pecan on top.
Bake in 375-400 degree oven until brown.
