This recipe may be what got me hooked on carrots as a child. The slightly sweet glaze is excellent!
1. Boil carrots in a small amount of water. When almost tender, drain well.
2. Heat butter, ginger, sugars, salt, and pepper in a heavy skillet. Add carrots and sitr carefully to coat. Cook over low heat until lazed, turning frequently.
