2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. Drain excess marinade from the pork and cook the meat on both sides. Transfer t serving dish.
3. Clean he pan with paper towels and pour 1 tbsp of oil. Cook onions quickly over high heat and place on top of pork. Pour the marinade into the pan and simmer until the liquid becomes a thick sauce. Pour the sauce over the pork and onion to serve.
