Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350 degrees. Toss chicken pieces with some salt. Spread on 2 greased cookie sheets and roast in oven for
about 30-35 minutes or until golden. Process scallion, ginger, olive oil and salt in food processor. When chicken is golden, toss with scallion-ginger paste and return to oven for another 10 minutes or until sauce dries out a little. Serve.
