Turkey Breast marinated in Ginger Soy mixture, then grilled
mix vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar and mustard in bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup and set aside.
Cut turkey breast into cutlets. Place in resealable bag and cover with vinegar/soy mixture. Marinate for 1 hour.
Grill turkey to inernal temperature of 160 degrees. Baste often during cooking with clean reserved marinade.
