In a large mixing bowl, add brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, salt, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix well.
Then add molasses, milk, cooking oil and sifted flour. Mix well again. Pour into baking dish sprayed with pam. Bake at 350 until a light brown color or until an inserted toothpick comes out dry.
