Suggest a better descriptionMakes 6 cups 1. In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. 2. Add cumin seeds and stir until the seeds begin to pop, about 1 min. Add ginger and stir until fragrant, about 30 secup 3. Add curry powder and stir until it is toasted, about 30 secup longer. Add chick peas, tomatoes, honey, salt, pepper and 1-3/4 cup water; bring to a boil. 4. Stir in couscous, remove from the heat and cover. Let stand until the liquid has been absorbed, about 5 min.
