Dice chicken breast into small pieces. Heat pan or wok and add about 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 3 TB soy sauce, salt and pepper and diced chicken. When chicken is almost done add sliced onion and cook until wilted. While this is cooking boil your noodles until al dente, rinse with cold water, drain well and drizzle with a little sesame oil to keep them loose/separated. When chicken & onions are done add in coleslaw mix and noodles. In a separate bowl mix the sauce ingredients. Then pour the sauce over the top and heat through.Serve hot.
