Suggest a better descriptionLightly soak tortilla in egg substitute in shallow dish for a few seconds and transfer to sprayed non-stick pan on med heat. Layer with desired amount of ham, turkey and cheese. Soak another tortilla in egg sub. and place on top. Cook bottom tortilla until golden brown and carefully flip and cook other side till cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve dusted lightly with powdered sugar and side of raspberry preserves.
