Ginger cookies
Cream butter & brown sugar together. Beat in eggs, then molasses.
Sift flour, ginger, cinammon, baking soda and salt in another bowl. With wooden spoon, stir into butter-sugar mix.
Cover and set aside for 30 min
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Drop spoonful of mix onto baking sheets, press flat, bake until brown - about 10-13 min
When firm, remove from parchment
