4] Put chicken and rest of ingredients into clay casserole with cover.
5] Add in the water, cover . Water level should be at least up to 3/4 of the chicken.
6] Put into preheated oven 350°F / 180°C for one hour
7] Lower heat to 250°F / 130°C for 3 - 4 more hours.
