A traditional favorite food. Sunday mainly, with the whole family at the table and good wine or byritsa summer now!
Thanks a lot for the preparation and presentation of the dish.
Wash the meat and drain on absorbent paper.
In a saucepan heat the oil and sauté the meat on all sides, rodokokkinisei. Add the onion and garlic. Sauté all together and add the wine. Let it evaporate, then add the spices and tomato cubes, salt, pepper and a little Zacharitsa. Mix in 1 cup water and cook our meat at low heat (5+) with a closed lid for about 2 hours until the meat is soft. You will also need to top-up water, always warm. You will need to end up with a little sauce.
Once the meat is ready remove all the spices and pour into baking pan. Add the giovetsi pasta and 2 cups hot water. Mix gently. Cover with foil and place in preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake the casserole for 30peripou. Careful always have food and water does not remain dry, because when it cools it dries more.
Towards the end of the baking expose and sprinkle with Parmesan. Allow to melt a little cheese.
Good Luck!!
