This is the soup I make everytime:)
NOODLE:
For Bee Hoon: Soak the noodles in Hot Water for 5 minutes then strain and set aside. Serve soup mixture over the soft noodles.
For Macaroni: Add the macaroni at the beginning... when the macaroni is cooked-through the cabbage will be also be ready...
SOUP MIXTURE: Boil the water, seasoning, cabbage and green vegetables until the cabbage is soft. Cooking it thoroughly sweetens the taste. Finally, add the fish and prawn and bring to a 2nd boil.
Serves 2 (with a little left over for Dad;-)
