Fruity and rich sauce is great for using up ham leftover from the holidays!
In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients, except ham, to make a thick sauce.
Place ham steaks into a large skillet and cover with sauce.
Turn steaks over and cook until lightly brown and sauce is warmed.
Serve with remaining sauce drizzled on top.
Since ham is already cooked, do not overcook. Simply warm up the sauce.
