1. Dissolve one pkg jello in 1 cup of the boiling water. Add cold water and chill until slightly thickened.
2. Dissolve remaining jello in remaining boiling water. Add in ice cream, stir until smooth. Pour into serving bowl. Chill until set but not firm.
3. Arrange peaches on jello - ice cream mixture
4. Top with clear jello
Mom’s Lazy method:
2 cups hot water, 2-3 oz pkg peach jello, 3/4 cup peach juice, 1 pt vanilla ice cream, 1 can sliced peaches.
