Glazed pecans
Beat 2 egg whites until stiff. Slowly add sugar and salt. Add nuts to egg mixture and stir until all nuts are covered with meringue. Melt butter in 9X13 inch pan. Spread nut mixture over butter and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325 degrees. Stire every 10 minutes
