Whisk syrup, vinegar and mustard together. Heat oil. Brown pork for 2 min. Turn and brown other side. Reduce heat pour syrup mixture over pork, cover w/lid and cook 2 min. Spoon sauce on top.
Serve w/corn pudding or chili cheese grits and green veggie, maybe spinach.
