A sweet honey/soy/sesame/ginger glaze makes this delicious. Use whatever vegetables you like.
Mix the marinade and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat light sesame/vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, add the tofu and fry until golden brown, around 4 minutes per side.
Meanwhile, cook vegetables until hot but crisp (al dente) -- you can boil, steam, or (in case of frozen) microwave.
When tofu is done, turn off the heat and add the marinade and hot peppers. When the sauce stops bubbling, add vegetables and sesame seeds, then toss to coat everything.
Serve.
