Preheat oven to 350.
Place crackers into a baggie and crush.
Place 2 handfuls of crushed cracker into a mixing bowl and all other ingredients. Mix well.
Place mixture into 8X8 baking dish and top with cheese and remaining crackers.
Bake at 350 until baked through, approximately 30 minutes. If doubling recipe, cook for 45 minutes.
Serve into equal portions, about 2/3 cup.
