Knead/mix (not sure how long, I do 2 mins in thermomix. It is well combined, wetter & more airy than normal dough)
Pour into greased, high sided loaf tin. Prove 20-30 mins (until it is about 3/4 the way up the tin - don't let it rise above the rim). Cook in 200 degree preheated oven 40-50 mins.
It is fairly 'sticky' inside, although it definitely looks cooked. Once it's cooled completely, slice it and freeze
