*Set the oven to 375°.
*In a stand mixer, mix oat flour, 3 tbsp milk, melted butter and salt.
*Grease quiche pan and use fingers to spread and shape the dough into the pan (oat flour makes the dough crumbly and nearly impossible to roll out).
*In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, egg whites, milk, cheese, veggies and whatever spices and herbs you prefer (paprika goes well with it).
*Pour mixture into quiche dish and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche turns a golden brown.
