Suggest a better description1. Preheat Oven to 325, set cream cheese on counter to soften
2. Blend spices and water - set aside for 5 minutes
3. In a large sauce pan, melt butter over low heat
4. Stir in spice and water mixture
5. Blend in white wine and cream of mushroom soup
6. Mix in cream cheese and stir until smooth, heat through do not boil
7. Arrange chicken in a single layer in 9x13 pan. Pour sauce evenly over the top. Cover pan with foil
8. Bake for 60 minutes. Serve over Pasta or Rice
